The Terminology of 'Hu Zhuang' (part 2/4)

A Discussion on "The Science of Chinese Martial Art"

Chinese martial art can practically be defined and explained using modern and scientific theory that is recognized and proven. It is not any mysterious myths claimed by some martial art masters. In fact, it is actually a
practical and scientific concept that includes biological health, physics and military arts. It was cultivated through continuous practice and real life experience and even sacrifices of lives.

Take a basic simple event for example, the Gong Bu Zhuang (literally known as the Arched Bow Pose, also know as Arched Bow Stance or the mountain climbing step). It is evident that the Chinese martial art is definitely a science and not some mysterious myths.

Gong Bu (the Arched Bow Stance) is widely recognized by martial art master. It has been learned, practiced and taught by masters; but how many of them are willing to learn it extensively and really understand it?

Frankly, it is very tough. If you think Ma Bu Zhuang (Horse Stance) is tough, then this is worse.

Basically, Gong Bu is like a full bow, waiting to be released. The basic practice of the step is how to react as a full bow, awaiting to be released, how does it feel like? Simple? Enjoyable? Let's look further and discover the secret beneath.
