The Terminology of 'Hu Zhuang' (part 4/4)

A Discussion on "The Science of Chinese Martial Art"

Even Gong Bu Zhuang which is considered a minor portion of the activity, require such complicated knowledge and skills as its foundation. I believe, there are still many Kungfu masters out there who have not come

The common Fa Jing (the execute strength), Chan Si Jing (linked strength), Ming Jing (apparent strength), An Jing (hidden strength), Hua Jing (evolution strength), one has to strive hard through practice and training to be
able to discover their strengths. Even if one knows and understands the theory, one needs a dedicated and good master to master it, and not only that, diligence and persistent effort is also a must.

Rome was not built in a day. There is no shortcut for it. Chinese Martial Art is an absolutely proven science. It can only be acquired with sweat, persistent effort, patience, and also practice of body movement coordination.

Conclusion

1. Chinese Martial Art is a science. It is a practical and scientific concept that includes biological health, physics and military arts

2. One needs to incorporate his mind and body through continuous training and practice thus achieving the perfect coordination of mind and action.

3. Diligence is the mother of success.
